UCLA YouTube Thumbnails
Thumbnails are requested based on the client’s video topic. Old videos are updated by giving them thumbnails where none existed. Thumbnails are created within the branding guidelines, and sent off for review. Once the client accepts, the thumbnail is uploaded to the video for all to see.

Finished thumbnails are sent in for approval by the client before being uploaded to YouTube.
If they are an old video getting a new thumbnail, then they can be updated manually.
